Quality is at the heart of the concerns of the Purchasing process. To measure it, ITP - SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) organizes a Quality survey.

Quality Survey :

BNP Paribas wishes to measure the perceptions that the suppliers have of the Group's purchase practices. With this in mind, an annual Quality survey is addressed to a sample of suppliers asking them for their opinions on the following subjects:

•  Relationship with the ITP - SRM Purchasing function
•  Knowledge of the BNP Paribas Group and its purchasing principles
•  Clarity of the Requests for Proposals and transparency and equity of the supplier selection process
•  Efficiency of the deployment of contracts on the agreed scope
•  Respect for the contractual payment times
•  Risk represented by the BNP Paribas Group (dependence, consistency of the orders)
•  Logic of partnership with Purchasing

Outside the survey period, the suppliers can address to ITP - SRM remarks relative to a situation of inequality which they feel is harmful for them.
